Begin spiralizing potatoes and setting them into a big bowl
Mix together paprika, cayenne, garlic powder and salt
Add spice blend to flour and mix well
Coat potato spirals thoroughly with the flour mixture
Bring your oil to frying temperature
Begin adding potato spirals to hot oil. With the help of some tongs help drop to form the desired curly shape. Cook on both sides until golden and lay on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Garnish is totally optional but adds a lot of flavor, sprinkle parmesan cheese and chopped parsley and its ready to serve with sauce of your choice!
